Offering a diverse skillset, we bring a fresh perspective to complexity through collaboration and participation.
We work in diverse contexts including the private, public, non profit and social entrepreneur sectors. We offer trainings, coaching and consulting services for public engagement, strategic planning, organisational development. We work on short term and longer term initiatives.
Our skill set, developed Internationally and in Greece includes strategic planning, leadership, management, organisational behaviour, writing, communication & marketing, graphic design, graphic recording, event design and facilitation & project management.
We are part of the international Art of Hosting network www.artofhosting.org and we offer in Athens Art of Hosting/Participatory Leadership trainings that are part of this network with international colleagues.

Yitzhak has lived in Jerusalem in the past of 43 years and is part of the professional psychotherapist landscape of the city. Since 2008 he is pioneering a new field of practice of “protection” which has emerged during his clinical practice, vie dialogue groups between Palestinians and Israelis, as a co-founder of Art of Protection, and most recently as a psychologist and member of intercultural community created in Jerusalem after the National Protest in Israel in 2011. With his Jewish and Mexican identity, he has developed mastery in intercultural relationships. In the last three years he has developed theoretical and practical tools for a better understanding of the essence of relationships, in particular those between victims and perpetrators, people and groups, as well as conflictual relationships. Yitzhak is an Elder of Living Wholeness Institute, a founding Steward of Axladitsa-Avatakia and a proud grandpa of Danielle, Jonathan, Itamar, Shira, Nadav, Ruth, Eran and Ido.
Linda is a process artist, creating meetings, gatherings, trainings and spaces for personal, collective and whole system transformation. Based in the UK but with international experience, Linda is a collaborator at heart, a connector of people and ideas, a teacher of participatory leadership, living systems and citizen engagement.
She designs and hosts strategic consultations and large scale public conversations. She also designs and hosts learning journeys and more personal retreat spaces for deeper dives into the ‘why and the how’ of life and purposeful work. She brings a therapeutic and systemic lens to her coaching and mentoring work and is passionate about developing fertile ground for young people to realise their potential.
Linda has recently been involved in participatory engagement trainings for regional devolution in Kenya, developing young women leaders for a United Nations Programme in Panama and empowering grass roots social change activists in Spain and the UK. She also practices her hosting and design work within the European Institutions, advising on strategic change process and citizen consultations. She is a solid and dependable anchor with an ability to hold enormous space for new potential to come through.
Kieron is a multi-talented musician, martial artist. He is also an Ethnomusicologist and story-teller who draws upon the ancient archetypes that lay at the heart of the Celtic tradition.
As a music producer and co-founder of FDM Records he has achieved international success in the music industry.
As well as being a practitioner of Warrior of the Heart Dojo he also practices the following martial arts: Iaido (the way of the Sword), Jodo (the way of the Stick), and Tai Chi.
Odysseas is a coach-facilitator and host of participatory processes. He is facilitating a variety of tools based on organizational learning, systems thinking approach and a range of participatory processes for business, social enterprises and Institutions in a range of large scale transformative work to team coaching and strategic planning.
He is co-founder of Process Makers, a pioneer consulting company in Greece in the field of Participatory Leadership, Graphic Facilitation and systemic transformation
Nikos is a Graphic Facilitator, Graphic designer and Concept artist. His work includes the visual communication and harvest of transformative work in both social initiatives as well as business sector. With his artistic skills he is capturing the results of collective dialogues in Art of Hosting Trainings and Participatory Workshops. Apart of the systemic work he is an expert in social design, branding and typography.
He is a co-founder of Process Makers, a pioneer consulting company in Greece in the field of Participatory Leadership, Graphic Facilitation and systemic transformation.
George studied Greek Literature in the University of Athens –not so long ago. He has been involved in various literature projects; has launched a collaborative and alternative art blog and has been working in the cultural field for quite a while now as an event organizer, a press office manager and a cultural columnist. He is a copy-writer, an art communications specialist, a journalist and lately he also gives Greek private lessons. He is being trained as a harvester based on the Art of Hosting Teachings; he tries to practice the practice and hope to achieve a higher participatory awareness soon enough! He is the press and social media manager of Process Makers.
Dimitris, is currently an apprentice in the Art of Participatory Leadership and one of the new members of the Process Makers team. He has recently been involved in small and large scale projects, assisting at the design and hosting of participatory processes. Dimitris grew his skills in facilitating difficult discussions and conflict situations by receiving training in Community Mediation and Public Dialogues Facilitation. His primary occupation since 2008 has been the organisation and coordination of workshops, trainings and conferences on behalf of organisations of the Greek and International Civil Society.
